Lodging
The group will stay at the Clubhouse Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. Our group will have exclusive access to this hotel for the week. Skiers, parents, coaches and hotel staff will be the only people on site. The Club House Inn / Kelly Inn 406-646-4544
Skiing
Twice a day skiers will walk (3 blocks!!) to the ski trails. The Rendezvous Ski Trails are beautifully maintained by the National Forest Service. They offer over 35 kilometers of ski trails that roll though beautiful lodgepole pine and open meadows.
Travel
Skiers will travel by bus from Duluth, Minnesota to West Yellowstone, Montana. The bus will stop occasionally for the drivers to alternate. Departing at 5pm on Friday the group will arrive in West Yellowstone Saturday afternoon with plenty of time to ski. The group will return to Duluth on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Meals
Many meals are provided with your camp fees. During the bus ride dinner is on your own, please bring something to eat with you when you board the bus. Saturday morning's breakfast while headed west will be at Perkins and is included in your fees. During the week the hotel provides a hot breakfast. Lunches are on your own. Four dinners will be provided. This includes Thanksgiving dinner. There are a variety of resturants in West Yellowstone that are open this week as well as a grocery store.

Information:
This trip has filled up in the past. We will fill the buses on a first paid – first reserved basis. Your seat will be reserved when we receive your payment. The trip is for skiers who are in 9th - 12th grade. They must have been on their high school Nordic team for at least one year. 8th graders may attend if they have a parent accompany them.

• Leave Ordean East Middle School (2900 East Fourth Street, Duluth, MN 55812) at 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 22.
• Have a bag dinner with you - we will not be stopping for dinner.​
• We will stop for a quick breakfast on Saturday morning – indicate your preference on the Registration Form.
• Arrive West Yellowstone Saturday afternoon.
• Leave West Yellowstone about 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
• Arrive Duluth late morning on Saturday, November 30.

Coaching​
• Skiers should bring additional money for lunches and two dinners.
• There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance of the Club House Inn.
• Waxing benches, irons and waxing help will be available. Bring your own glide & kick wax.
• Skiers MUST bring the following kick waxes, Red Special, Blue Extra and Green plus a cork! This is necessary to get out on the ski trails faster.
• This is not a school-sponsored trip. Parents will be required to excuse their students from school.
• Please keep the volume of bags to a minimum. This means 1 ski bag, 1 medium duffle bag and 1 small backpack. The bus will be full.
• No coolers, there will not be room on the bus.

To reserve your seat on the bus, you must register and pay all fees.
Note: If signing up after November 1 the fee increases to $995.
Parents and other interested adults are welcome.
The prices for adults are:
• $895.00 - Quad occupancy
• $955.00 - Triple occupancy
• $1065.00 - Double occupancy
• $1400.00 - Single Occupancy
Adults must find their own roommates. Add $100 if signing up after November 1.

Kick wax (Swix red special, blue extra, and green or equivalent, plus a cork) is Mandatory!

Sunglasses and sunscreen (we will be at 6600ft elevation. The sun is intense).
